People & Talent Manager

About HIVE:

Purpose of Role:

This hybrid role combines Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You will attract great people to HIVE, onboard them effectively, and establish scalable HR foundations that support a strong culture and high performance.

Key Role Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition:

Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to understand hiring needs.
Draft and refine job descriptions aligned with HIVE’s culture and growth plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: candidate sourcing and screening, first-round interviews, coordination with hiring managers, offer management, and onboarding.
Manage relationships with external recruiters where required.
Help shape HIVE’s employer brand through clear, consistent messaging and candidate experience.

Development Manager

Key Role Responsibilities:

Manage the development lifecycle of assigned projects through design, authority approvals, and early-stage procurement phases.
Serve as the key point of contact for all Dubai-based developments under the HIVE pipeline.
Lead the appointment and management of external consultants including architects, engineers, and cost consultants.
Drive the design process to ensure alignment with HIVE’s brand standards, operational requirements, and development objectives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Brand, Operations, Finance, Delivery) to ensure integrated project planning.
Monitor progress against key development milestones including design submissions, authority approvals, budgeting, and pre-construction readiness.
Support feasibility analysis, financial modelling inputs, and risk identification during project planning.
Manage interface with regulatory authorities and drive timely submission and approval of design packages.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5–8 years of experience in real estate development, with emphasis on early-stage design and planning.
Significant UAE experience; familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority processes.
Background in architecture, engineering, or design management preferred, with developer-side experience.
Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams and coordinate complex design inputs.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

اكتساب المواهب:

التعاون مع الرئيس التنفيذي والقيادة العليا لفهم احتياجات التوظيف عبر أعمال HIVE.
صياغة وتحسين أوصاف الوظائف بما يتماشى مع ثقافة وخطط نمو HIVE.
إدارة عمليات التوظيف من البداية للنهاية، بما في ذلك:
- البحث والفرز للمرشحين
- المقابلات الأولية
- التنسيق مع مديري التوظيف
- إدارة العروض والتوظيف والتأهيل
إدارة العلاقات مع شركات التوظيف الخارجية عند الحاجة.
المساهمة في تشكيل العلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل من خلال رسائل واضحة ومتسقة وتجربة مرشح مميزة.

مدير التطوير (Development Manager)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة دورة تطوير المشاريع المخصصة من التصميم، الموافقات الرسمية، ومرحلة المشتريات المبكرة.
العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لجميع التطويرات القائمة في دبي ضمن مشاريع HIVE.
قيادة تعيين وإدارة المستشارين الخارجيين بما في ذلك المعماريين، المهندسين، ومستشاري التكاليف.
قيادة عملية التصميم لضمان التوافق مع معايير علامة HIVE التجارية والمتطلبات التشغيلية وأهداف التطوير.
التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين (العلامة التجارية، العمليات، المالية، التنفيذ) لضمان تخطيط متكامل للمشاريع.
متابعة التقدم وفق المعالم الرئيسية للمشروع بما في ذلك تقديم التصاميم، الموافقات الرسمية، الميزانيات، والاستعداد قبل البناء.
دعم تحليل الجدوى، إدخال النمذجة المالية، وتحديد المخاطر أثناء التخطيط للمشروع.
إدارة التواصل مع السلطات التنظيمية ودفع تقديم واعتماد حزم التصميم في الوقت المناسب.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير المشاريع للإدارة العليا والشركاء الخارجيين.

ملف المرشح المثالي:

خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في تطوير العقارات، مع التركيز على التصميم والتخطيط في المراحل المبكرة.
خبرة واسعة في الإمارات ضرورية، والإلمام بإجراءات بلدية دبي، تراخيص، والسلطات المحلية الأخرى.
خلفية في الهندسة المعمارية، الهندسة، أو إدارة التصميم مفضلة، مع خبرة من جانب المطور.
قدرة مثبتة على إدارة فرق استشارية متعددة التخصصات وتنسيق مدخلات التصميم المعقدة.
