Officer - Public Relations
Coordinate and liaise between the company and Government organizations/authorities. Provide a key interface to deliver quick, efficient, and reliable services for all government-related tasks, including official collection and submission of applications and processing legal documents with various government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Tadweer, Civil Defense, Traffic Department, and Municipality.
Experience in public relations, government liaison, or regulatory affairs, strong communication and coordination skills, and attention to detail in managing legal documentation.
Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative and clerical support, including receiving emails, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, filing documents, and performing all duties necessary for effective office management. Legal Counsel
Ensure business unit activities comply with the legal framework and prevailing laws. Work closely with the Head of Dispute Resolution, manage lawsuits, review contracts with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other parties, issue legal notices, and advise management to mitigate risks and protect organizational interests.
Law degree with experience in corporate or construction law, strong contract management skills, dispute resolution experience, and ability to mitigate legal risks.
Assistant Category Manager (ACM)
Lead critical category-specific procurement activities including strategic sourcing, vendor performance monitoring, and spend analysis. Ensure timely purchasing by collaborating with internal teams and aligning procurement with project requirements. Identify potential suppliers, monitor industry trends, and drive cost optimization and process improvements.
Experience in procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and ability to align procurement with business objectives.
Senior Executive - Procurement
Responsible for sourcing commodities, improving procurement processes, enhancing timely delivery of materials and services, managing supplier relationships, performing price negotiation, planning, production, inventory control, and quality control.
Experience in procurement, supplier management, negotiation, and process improvement across multiple categories of spend.
