 Technical Sales & Account Manager - Data Center Security 

Develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, design & build contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators. Create a sales pipeline for the EMEA region, maximize account penetration leveraging Johnson Controls’ broad portfolio of building solutions, and ensure retention and growth of assigned accounts.

Requirements

Experience in data center security solutions including access control, CCTV, and intruder detection. Strong sales skills, ability to develop client relationships, and self-motivated to drive business growth.

Senior Technician - Security Management Systems 

Support commissioning, replace controllers, verify onsite systems, conduct PPM activities, test and commission additional doors/cameras, prepare service reports, and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors on a 24/7 duty roster. Program controllers, install & commission Access Control Systems & CCTV Platforms, speed gates, car park barriers, and integrate third-party software.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with security system products, electronics/networking knowledge, expertise in Access Control and CCTV systems, and ability to lead teams and manage on-site commissioning.

Manage the full sales cycle, conduct solution-based sales pitches, and close sales opportunities for BMS solutions and services.

Requirements

Experience in sales of building management/control systems, ability to generate new business, conduct solution-based sales, and manage full sales cycles in the UAE.
