Operations Engineer

About the Job:

Manage facilities and operations within assigned portfolio
Implement best practices in supplier/customer relationship management, facilities management, energy services, maintenance, and contract management
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure documentation compliance
Track preventive and reactive maintenance by service providers and communicate progress
Monitor specialist systems and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs/KPIs
Plan, schedule, and review daily operational and maintenance activities for MEP systems
Investigate complaints and resolve issues with facilities management, landlords, and tenants
Maintain departmental and site-level documentation and follow building/community rules

إجراء تفتيشات منتظمة على حالة الخدمات الأساسية والمتخصصة في المواقع المحددة وضمان وجود جميع المستندات المطلوبة.
تنظيم ومتابعة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية التي يقوم بها مقدمو الخدمات.
مراقبة الأنظمة المتخصصة وضمان تقديم الخدمات وفق اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
التخطيط وجدولة ومراجعة الأنشطة التشغيلية واليومية المتعلقة بجميع أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP).

خبرة 5-7 سنوات في مجال تطوير الأعمال، ويفضل في إدارة المرافق.
القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء وبناء علاقات قوية معهم ومع الزملاء، وإبرام الاتفاقيات بشكل يحفظ مصالح جميع الأطراف.
القدرة على إعداد عروض إدارة المرافق من الجانب التجاري (أسعار) والتقني (كتابة تقنية).
مهارات ممتازة في Excel وPowerPoint وVisio.
مهارات تحليل المشاريع وكتابة الملخصات التنفيذية والمذكرات وتحليل المخاطر.
مهارات إدارة المشاريع والتواصل الفعال بالإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية وخبرة في مجال MEP.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنظمة HVAC ومعرفة متوسطة بمجال الطاقة أو ما يتعلق بها.
مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
القدرة على إدارة المهام اليومية والتصحيحية والطوارئ.
مهارات إدارة المشاريع والتواصل الفعال.
خبرة في التشغيل والصيانة لأنظمة MEP وHVAC، مع معرفة أنظمة التحكم.
