Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract

• Review documentation related to advances, payment guarantees, bonds, and contractual financial submissions.
• Ensure monthly interim payment applications and supporting documentation are properly submitted.
• Process interim payment certifications within required business timelines.
• Review variation orders and claims submissions and prepare technical substantiation for approval or rejection.
• Update project budgets based on payment certifications and approved variations.
• Finalize subcontractor variation accounts and project final accounts.
• Close main contractor works accounts professionally.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience working with contractors, cost consultancy firms, or real estate developers.
• Strong knowledge of post-contract commercial management.
• Experience in payment certification, claims evaluation, and final account settlement.

Senior Director – Design

• Take overall responsibility for design delivery and progress across multiple projects.
• Lead in-house design teams and external consultants across architecture, landscape, and interior design disciplines.
• Identify and onboard innovative designers and creative studios.
• Prepare detailed project briefs aligned with senior management vision.
• Manage design development from concept stage through execution.
• Ensure multi-disciplinary design coordination across all packages.
• Maintain high-quality design standards in collaboration with technical and construction teams.
• Support timely milestone-based design delivery.
