Crew Member – JVC

Overview:

This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we’re in search of a Crew Member for our Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) branch. Crew Members will be trained in various positions in the restaurant, including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressing.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service in a clean and safe environment; refer difficult queries to Managers.
Adhere to brand standards and complete Five Guys University courses.
Contribute to achieving restaurant goals and targets.
Maintain operational and kitchen areas, including restocking, restroom and terrace upkeep, and daily cleaning tasks.
Follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, and all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.

Crew Member – Al Jada, Sharjah

Overview:

This role is part of the Five Guys team at our Al Jada, Sharjah branch. Crew Members will deliver exceptional customer experiences and be trained in Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressings.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve simple queries; refer difficult queries to Managers.
Adhere to brand standards and Five Guys University courses.
Support restaurant goals and maintain operational cleanliness.
Follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, and food safety standards.

Crew Member – Dubai Mall

Responsibilities:

Deliver the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and refer difficult customer queries to Managers.
Adhere to brand standards at all times and complete Five Guys University courses.
Be aware of the restaurant’s goals and actively contribute to achieving them.
Maintain operational and kitchen areas, including restocking workstations, upkeep of restrooms and terrace areas, and any other daily cleaning tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Follow uniform, grooming, and punctuality standards, and strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
Accurately operate the company cash register and maintain proper control of company assets.
Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a service crew or in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead Crew Members and oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the GM or Assistant Manager.
Supervise training, opening/closing, cash management, food preparation, employee breaks, and shift changes.
Ensure fast, accurate service and excellent customer experience.
Maintain compliance with company, municipality, and brand standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Qualifications:
