Responsibilities | المسؤوليات
- Assist customers in selecting optical frames, lenses, and related products.
- Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
- Handle sales transactions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and stock of optical products.
- Manage billing and coordinate with the billing or insurance team when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and inventory updates.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
