Senior Officer, Insurance Policies & Services
- Provide first line support to the Insurance Line Manager to ensure adequate, efficient, and cost-effective insurance cover for personnel, assets, earnings, liabilities, and environment.
- Assist in reviewing and recommending enhancements to insurance policies based on risk management studies and loss exposures (Estimated Maximum Losses).
- Revise and update indemnity and insurance clauses to align with ADNOC Corporate Risk Financing and Retention policies.
Analyst, Resource Planning
- Conduct workforce calculation studies and determine manpower requirements for the retail group.
- Analyse and assess the existing workforce, perform gap analysis, and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Prepare quarterly staffing requirements for service stations and support expansion plans.
Property Stakeholder Manager
- Serve as the primary coordinator for tenant development and property-related activities across ADNOC Mobility Hubs.
- Ensure tenant projects align with regulatory, technical, safety, and design standards.
- Coordinate fit-out, stakeholder alignment, site readiness, and post-handover support to enable smooth tenant activation.
Civil Maintenance Supervisor
- Supervise and perform civil maintenance services to ensure plant availability and safe operations.
- Process civil work orders, plan, schedule, execute, and supervise civil works to ensure reliability and availability.
- Initiate and manage service requests with on-call contractors for emergencies and planned/unplanned shutdowns.
- Inspect and follow up on task progress and provide reports for timely and quality execution.
