About the job
Job Summary:
Overall planning and programming of the project from site acquisition to hand-over. Progress monitoring and reporting throughout the life cycle of the project.
Planning and preparation of baseline schedules and developing detailed integrated Schedules. Control of project activities, preparation of resource plans/budgets, monitoring and control of resources.
Preparation of various reports for analysis and forecasts, co-coordinating with Site Engineers, Main contractor & Consultant, Organizing progress review meetings with sub-contractors.
Organizing data base preparation for progress monitoring reporting, Quantity analysis, work progress check and approval of Contractors work schedules.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Engineering & Management activities with at least 6 years in a relevant senior supervisory role; managing multi-disciplinary projects functions and exposure to preparation of Front End Engineering and Design packages.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English language.
Analytical thinking and time management.
Good knowledge of engineering specifications and International standards.
