II Global task
We are looking for an experienced Regional Deputy Learning & Development Manager to join our team. Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for L&D and enhancing competencies of our People. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and valuable to our Teams.
Enhancing the learning Knowledge and designing the module across each function inside NAOS GCC Organization and Focusing on below modules (but not limited to)
o Selling Skills
o Customer Excellence
o Objection Handling
o Negotiation Skills
o NAOS Brands
o Skin pathologies, related to Company range of product
o Dermatologist treatment (peeling, laser, injection)
o Naos Product (feature, patent, benefits)
o Naos Corporate information
o Naos Eco-biology concept
Trainings Audience:
- GCC & Middle East
- Targeted audience:
Ø Internal team
(Field Base & Office base)
Handle training material development in association with local team in all locations and HQ.
Material development will include and not limited to, updates, translation, activities, workbook, fliers, videos, Training Manuals …etc. at each level of audience.
The methodology and discourse will have to be adapted according to each target who has different needs, using memorization tools, games, training tools, etc.
Travel regularly in the region 2 to 4 times a month to cover Eagle region calendar
Administrative
- Prepare POs and Follow up payment and Updating the Brand budget.
- Using Learning Management System – SharePoint and TalentSoft or any future LMS purchased by the department.
- Following up on SharePoint and CRA/SLA status
- Finding efficient TMS that can be used for data management and reporting like SharePoint and PowerBi
- Enhancing Learning in LinkedIn Learning /Workplace/ Instagram etc.
- Enhance the on boarding process
Support with:
- Product Knowledge Training when needed in case of new affiliate onboarding, absence of Training Manager or new project/brand/product launching.
- Creating videos for delivered training to share with the attendees on internal social media channels.
- Data Management, including attendees, grades, evaluations, topics, success rate, etc.
IV Competencies
Technical Competencies:
- TTT Certificate from a recognized institution
- Ability and readiness to record & edit videos.
- Good command of global cosmetic knowledge.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic written, and oral communication skills is a must.
- Expertise in Microsoft office and design module needed.
- Ability to properly evaluate audience’s comprehension and application of subject material.
- Ability to apply concepts, principles and practices related to planning, evaluating and administering training
- Ability to identify and provide guidance to stakeholders by listening to their needs and identifying processes to address them.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Ability to demonstrate a behavioral attitude that is aligned with NAOS ME values.
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of trainees and to travel across the Eagle Region.
