Customer Service Manager Yale Middle East

About the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring Customer satisfaction
Enhance good level of response time between customers and internal departments. 
Taking care of certification in different levels
Full analyse of sales and purchasing cost numbers.
Ensuring that all customer orders are registered and confirmed within agreed frames.
Follow up on customer orders ensuring these are delivered according to the company’s promises to customers. 
Ensure that all required export documents are issued.
Develop customer service procedures, policies, and charts
Ensuring smooth handling of customer orders.
Co-ordinating shipments from overseas suppliers
Closely working together with distribution making sure shipments are packed according to destination’s customs authorities’ requirements. Delivering inputs to ERP system ensuring seamless flow in customer service
Updating customer pricelists in ERP system
Ensuring ERP is always kept up to date with all customer data

Communications Specialist

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This individual is responsible for producing engaging, straightforward text adapted to different advertising channels including website, social media, newsletters and all types of print materials. This job includes researching keywords to make interesting written content for various audiences in many industries across different types of clients.
He/she is responsible for coming up with strategies for effective production and implementation of niche-based marketing communications that enhances engagement and exposure, and that moves potential clients through the sales cycle.
His/her work description also involves upholding company brand across various channels such as the social media and websites by working with the sales team to create the relevant content.
His/her role also entails writing blog articles, customer newsletters, curated articles for electronic and printed collateral such as flyers, brochures, case studies, and white papers.
He/she also has a good understanding as well as the ability to use various social media platforms to promote and deliver company messages effectively to the public.
He/she will help in the execution of the different Digital Marketing channels, by developing new demand and lead generation activities, defining new communication approaches and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, Communications Assistant or a similar position

Warehouse Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIS
Maintain all documentation/records of Store and Deliveries
Properly input received material into computer system (Navision) for inventory records.
Use Company’s inventory control system to check orders against original purchase documents and ensure that shipment contents are double-checked for accuracy.
Prepare Delivery Notes for Hardware for approved delivery to dispatch.
Prepare Delivery Notes for doors and leaves as per approved delivery to dispatch.
Post in Navision
Update all report in the system such as Daily Delivery Report, Finished Goods Report, and Client Summary Report on a daily basis.
Send an email of Daily Delivery Report and Finished Goods to concerned departments.
Replacement absent store staff
Maintain correct storage of the material with proper labeling on inventory items and racks.
