Key Responsibilities:

Design, deliver, and continuously enhance a high-performance basketball pathway from primary to Sixth Form.

Ensure players are technically and tactically prepared for competitive performance.

Collaborate with the Director of Sport and Head of PE to align coaching strategy with school objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop assistant coaches and student athletes.

Contribute to school-wide sports initiatives and competitions.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a basketball coach, preferably with elite-level coaching.

Strong knowledge of technical and tactical basketball training methods.

Ability to mentor and develop young athletes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Physics Teacher
