- Manage contracts for EPC projects and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review, negotiate, and execute project contracts with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with project teams to manage risk and ensure contract obligations.
- Support business development and legal teams on contractual matters.
2. SENIOR MANAGER - CONTRACTS (EPC)
- Lead the contracts team for major EPC projects.
- Develop strategies for contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Oversee contract administration and reporting processes.
