Transplant Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-transplant interviews and assess patient eligibility.

• Coordinate pre-transplant preparations and collaborate with medical personnel.

• Prepare and analyze clinical data for patients and families.

• Provide patient and family education on transplantation processes.

• Compose transplant summaries and clinic visit documentation.

• Coordinate post-discharge planning and education for transplant patients.

• Compile and review post-discharge data to support clinical management.

Experience Requirements:

🔹 Transplant Coordinator – منسق زرع الأعضاء

المهام والمسؤوليات:

رعاية المرضى:

• التعرف على النتائج غير الطبيعية والمهمة وتحويل الحالات أو استشارة الأخصائيين حسب الحاجة.

• إجراء مقابلات قبل الزرع مع المرضى المحتملين وعائلاتهم، وتفسير معايير الأهلية لهم وللأطباء والجهات الخارجية.

• إعداد وتحليل البيانات السريرية قبل الزرع والتعاون مع الكادر الطبي لتحضير المرضى وعائلاتهم للزرع.

• تنسيق التحضيرات قبل الزرع.

• ضمان تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم في جميع جوانب الزرع.

• إعداد ملخصات مكتوبة عن زيارات العيادة للزرع.

• تنسيق التخطيط بعد الخروج من المستشفى وتقديم التثقيف للمرضى بعد الزرع.

• جمع ومراجعة بيانات ما بعد الخروج لإدارة المرضى سريريًا.

🔹 Occupational Therapist – أخصائي علاج وظيفي

المتطلبات والخبرة:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين بعد التخرج في العمل كأخصائي علاج وظيفي، مع مرضى ذوي تشخيص مماثل في المستشفيات أو مراكز التأهيل.

• معرفة المبادئ والأساليب والإجراءات لتشخيص وعلاج وإعادة تأهيل الإعاقات الجسدية.

• القدرة على حل المشكلات باستخدام التفكير النقدي واتخاذ القرارات.

• دقة عالية في العمل.

• القدرة على تفسير البيانات السريرية لوضع وتنفيذ خطة علاج مناسبة للمرضى.

• مهارات تواصل قوية شفهية وكتابية بالإنجليزية، ويفضّل إجادة اللغة العربية أيضًا.

• مهارات شخصية قوية للعمل مع المرضى والزملاء.

المؤهلات التعليمية:

• درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة، ويفضّل الماجستير في مجال سريري أو صحي.

المهارات والخبرة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في الإدارة التشغيلية، أو 7 سنوات خبرة مهنية متزايدة مع مسؤوليات إشرافية.

• مهارات التفكير النقدي والتحليل، واتخاذ القرار، والقدرة على العمل تحت إشراف محدود.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا.

• للممرضين الحاصلين على Associate Degree من أمريكا الشمالية، يشترط اجتياز الامتحان الوطني (USA: NCLEX – RN & Canada: Licensing Exam).

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التخرج في بيئة رعاية حرجة في منشأة معتمدة من JCI.
