Job Title: Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding Union Coop’s market presence. The role combines strategic analysis, client engagement, and partnership management to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand Union Coop’s operations

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development decisions

• Track business development performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements

• Ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall corporate objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in business development or sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

يتولى أخصائي تطوير الأعمال مسؤولية قيادة مبادرات النمو، وتحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة، وتوسيع حضور Union Coop في السوق. يجمع الدور بين التحليل الاستراتيجي، التفاعل مع العملاء، وإدارة الشراكات لضمان نمو مستدام للإيرادات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تحديد الفرص والأسواق الجديدة لتوسيع عمليات Union Coop

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والشركاء الرئيسيين

• إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين لدعم استراتيجيات الأعمال

• التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة لتنفيذ مبادرات النمو

• إعداد المقترحات والعروض والتقارير لدعم قرارات تطوير الأعمال

• متابعة مؤشرات أداء تطوير الأعمال وتقديم التوصيات للتحسين
