Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Operations
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process: PR review, RFQ, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance, and expediting.
- Drive continuous improvements to ensure suppliers consistently meet on-time delivery, cost, and quality targets.
- Execute savings and optimization projects in collaboration with the operations & Maintenance Managers.
- Implement framework agreements and long-term sourcing strategies to secure competitive pricing and supply continuity.
- Manage both local and international procurement, including shipping and customs clearance.
- Contracts & Compliance
- Lead pre-qualification, tendering, evaluation, and award of service and supply contracts.
- Draft, review, and administer contract terms and variations to ensure commercial protection and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, finance, and legal teams to align procurement and contract activities with project budgets and schedules.

Job Responsibilities
- Physical Tasks
- Performs general housekeeping, unblocking and cleaning of the facility
- Works with and assists team members in performing a variety of tasks
- Removes debris and materials wrapped around conveyor shafts
- Lubricates and oils conveyors, feeder and screening equipment
- Uses hand tools and power hand tools
- Operates Fork Lift and Front Loader as required
- Coordinates loading of IBA and residues

- Conduct regular inspections and walkdowns with internal teams and clients to verify cleanliness and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
