• Track project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Review all purchase requests and ensure they match BOQ and budget.
• Maintain cost control logs: materials, labor, subcontractors, variations.
• Monitor procurement spending and prevent over-ordering.
• Coordinate with accounts on payments, LPOs, invoices, and supplier balances.
• Track client payment schedules and follow up on delayed collections.
• Prepare weekly financial summaries for management (cost vs budget, cash flow, risks).
• Maintain documentation for variations, approvals, and financial changes.
• Support project managers with any financial data needed for decisions.

• Conduct daily site inspections for civil, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure all work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify defects early and issue corrective actions.
• Inspect joinery items before dispatch and after installation.
• Maintain daily quality reports, checklists, and snag lists.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and designers.
• Support pre-handover inspections and ensure snag-free delivery.

• Prepare purchase requests, collect quotations, and support procurement.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Manage inventory of materials, hardware, consumables, and joinery items.
• Track tools and equipment assigned to different sites and staff.
• Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory logs.
• Coordinate material deliveries with site teams and the joinery factory.
• Report shortages, damages, or delays.
• Maintain organized records of POs, invoices, and GRNs.
