About the job
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize sales and profit – location analysts
- Needs to ensure capacity plans align with allocation by store
- Adjust allocation strategies to capture trend
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with planning and buying team
- Setup and maintain basic stock models or auto replenishment where applicable
- Preallocate receipts to better aid in time management
- Support in model and allocation strategies
- Manage stock allocation within agreed upon weekly targets
- Handle assortment planning; assist in the execution of forwarding remix of merchandise to maximize sales and profit
- Prioritize styles based on selling performance
- Allocate to new stores based on opening inventory plans and follow percent fill guidelines throughout the holding

About the job
- Operational
- Responsible for in depth review of performance by store/region/country. Reviewing strategy needed to improve/ maintain sales, increase productivity and density and drive profitability.
- Undertaking ad-hoc analysis and acting where appropriate. Help to identify any stock issues at store level, suggesting corrective actions to drive sales and profit
- Working with the merchandising teams to feedback stock opportunities across store types and areas and influence both allocation & future ranging strategy accordingly.
- Oversee several regions, linking in with the relevant Country Heads/ AM’s - grading the stores, managing the stock package, and driving profit through identifying opportunities and minimising risks
- Regular communication with retail stores, area managers, Regional controllers and Planning team
- Actioning a seasonal re-grade twice a year on all stores within the regions overseen, with guidance from Branch Merchandise Manager
- Formulating guidelines for store capacities – to support min/ max store levels – with a key focus on improving full price sell thru and reducing markdown risk
- Develop a good regional and product knowledge level to help make informed commercial decisions
- Planning & set up of new stores, relocations & closures. Work closely with product teams to support planning of new stores. Ensure best product mix to support store opening with optimum stocks based on customer profile & planned sales targets.
- Undertake branch visits during the year to ensure awareness of our business, market and competition
- Improve new store range availability

- الإشراف على العديد من المناطق، والارتباط برؤساء الدول/مديري الحسابات ذوي الصلة - تصنيف المخازن، وإدارة حزمة المخزون، وتحقيق الربح من خلال تحديد الفرص وتقليل المخاطر
