1. Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Oracle CSS - UAE
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the relationship with designated account(s) in Middle East and Africa throughout the engagement against the contractual deliverables & commercials.
- Become the trusted advisor for the customer, in order to help to maximize their investment in Oracle and represent them across the wider Oracle organization.
- Drive a high degree of satisfaction and reference ability, to protect and enhance Customer Success Services (CSS) revenue streams
- Manage the delivery engagement as defined by CSS processes & tools, including creating and maintaining accurate service documentation
- Co-ordinate the resources required to deliver the service to the allocated customer(s)
- Assuring and improving high quality of CSS service.
- Manage the contractual commercials, ensuring that the margin is maintained & developing plans to improve margin where appropriate
- Manage commercial aspects of the contract such as rebates, storage costs, work packages, etc.
- Assisting in the renewal of CSS contracts and contributing to pre-sales activities
- Develop strategic relationships with senior members i.e. CIO, CTO of the customer management team.

Responsibilities
- Project manage Oracle Guided Learning Programs.
- Develop a project and resource staffing plan for the OGL Program.
- Be able to review the agreed Statement of Work and confirm the scope of the engagement with the client.
- Project manage the consultants/contractors to ensure client satisfaction and knowledge/skill transfer.
- Prepare and provide weekly status reports that include project activities progress, risk and issue log, time and expense burn-down, forecasted days per resource, summary of weekly expenses and planned activities for next week
- Manage the relationship with the client on site and escalate any issues to leadership.
- Be able to conduct Training Needs Analyses to:
- Identify what processes and system tasks need to be completed by which user groups
- Identify the gap between the current skill set and the required skills
- Present the results in a training plan per target group
- Be able to design an end user curriculum and develop a training strategy for both behavioral change and software skills

Responsibilities
- Experience on areas like installation and configuration, patching, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting.
- Experience with highly available environments design, configuration, and maintenance, including clustering and load balancing for fusion middleware components.
- Experience on the design of SOA, OSB and BPM based solutions and architectures which cover requirements transmitted by a customer.
- Engage directly in architectural tasks and collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices specific to the projects.
- Detect and address performance challenges, security issues, and other technical concerns proactively.
- Development background will be considered a plus.
4. Principal EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
- Must have strong hands-on experience as EBS HRMS functional consultant in HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, ORC.
- Strong experience in data loading/migration (FBDI, ADFdi, Payroll Batch Loader, HR Data Loader, interfaces, spreadsheets, web services).
- Demonstrate a good understanding of EBS HRMS patching, upgrades, and best practices for feature adoption, testing, and change management.
- Strong knowledge in roles, responsibilities, and security within EBS HRMS.
- Proven experience on Oracle Reports, OTBI, dashboards, data loaders, extracts, Fast Formulas, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, Sandboxes, and Page Composer.
- Design and develop customizations and integrations using ADF, PL/SQL, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or other PaaS solutions, connecting EBS HRMS to other Oracle applications.
5. Principal Fusion EPM Techno-Functional Consultant
Responsibilities
- Ability to be a technical team leader and coach team members in relevant skills. Finding ways to recognize the contributions of others in the team.
- Assess and analyze customers business needs to make sure that Oracle solutions meets the customer’s objectives.
- Assist customers in their overall Journey to Cloud.
- Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.
- Be the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to ensure that customers make informed decisions regarding scope to achieve beneficial solutions cost effectiveness, quality and reusability.
