بصفتك ممثل اللوجستيات وخدمة العملاء، ستكون مسؤولًا عن إدارة أوامر الشراء، التنسيق مع الموردين، التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات والعملاء، وضمان مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء. يلعب هذا الدور دورًا محوريًا في الحفاظ على كفاءة العمليات اللوجستية ودعم فريق المبيعات.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

دعم قسم المبيعات من خلال معالجة وتنفيذ أوامر العملاء بكفاءة.
استلام طلبات فريق المبيعات وإصدار أوامر الشراء مع الموردين.
متابعة الشحنات وإنشاء تتبع الشحنات في النظام.
تقديم تحديثات دورية للإدارة حول حالة جميع الطلبات.
إبقاء فريق المبيعات على اطلاع بآخر المستجدات بشأن تقدم الطلبات.
تقليل وقت تنفيذ الطلبات من خلال التواصل الفعّال والتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف المعنية.
تحديد احتياجات العملاء لضمان تحقيق مستويات عالية من الرضا.
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية وموثوقة مع حسابات العملاء من خلال التواصل المفتوح والفوري والاستباقي.
تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وفي الوقت المناسب للعملاء باستخدام الأدوات والطرق المناسبة.

About the Role

As a Logistics & Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, coordinating with the sales team and customers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient supply chain operations and providing support to the sales team.

Responsibilities

Support the sales department by efficiently processing and fulfilling customer orders.
Receive requests from the sales team and place purchase orders with suppliers.
Follow-up and create shipment tracking in the system.
Provide periodic updates to management on the status of all orders.
Keep the sales team informed of the most recent updates regarding order progress.
Reduce order lead times through effective communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customer accounts through open, timely, and proactive communication.
Deliver accurate, complete, and timely information to customers using the appropriate tools and methods.
