Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan daily operations by checking pending order in the system
- Make arrangements for the planned loading
- Clear pending transactions at the end of the day.

- Ensure timely availability of RM and PM stocks to production against MO.
- Assigned duties to warehouse operational teams

2. Administrator Purchase Unit Warehouse - Corrugated Boxes
Description:
- Job Summary
- The role is responsible to support business by ensuring timely procurement of RM/PM while ensuring quality and best service standards. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure that contracts with local and overseas vendors are renewed on time.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- To execute Purchase Strategy, Policies, Systems, Processes and Metrics as laid down by Central Purchase, in the Business Unit.
- To establish MOQ’s for RM/PM and the reorder inventory levels based on lead times and consumption.
- To ensure call ups of centrally contracted Purchase Orders are as per production needs.
- For sourcing/selecting and negotiating with suppliers for local purchases including long term contracts.
- To optimize the service and quality elements of contracts, identify areas of improvement, engage pro-actively with suppliers and manufacturing to implement these improvements. Proactively engage suppliers on NPD for ingredients and recipe know how.
- To support initiatives of central purchase in vendor development and material specifications.
- To be directly accountable for development of employees reporting to him and next level.
- To be responsible for implementing Vision and Values of the Group in his Businesses.
3. Executive HSE
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on work area.
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports to be compliant with the HSE
- Management System including corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits.
- Provide HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance, proposed corrective action and plan of implementation.
- Audit work being performed with ''Safe Work Permit”.
- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses.
- Ensure regular emergency response drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency.
- Supervises the regular inspection of fire fighting, safety and emergency response equipments.
- Ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions for their operations.
4. Supply Chain Executive - Beverage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement all necessary processes and procedures for documentation to export shipping, based on L/C and/or other credit terms and ensure compliance checks of documents (LC & Shipping)
- Provide all required documents attested from the relevant authorities/ministries/chamber of Commerce.
- Maintain regular contact and direct relationship with the Bank pertaining to all export procedures and documentation to ensure that all necessary documentation are provided.
- Investigate any claims made against the company by the customer and negotiate an acceptable settlement where possible.
- Responsible for all documentation required for acquiring certifications/lab test reports for required items and issue Certificate of Origin, Customs/ Insurance declaration.
- Maintain regular contact with the logistics or shipping company or agents for scheduling timely export documents delivery. Tracking the status of the entire shipments document and preparing a report of the same.
- Maintain contact with the shipping department in relation to damage to goods, inspection of return loads etc.
- Maintain effective process for filing all documentation and relevant email correspondences to ensure discrepant documents and discrepancy charges.
5. Machine Operator - Silo (Flour)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operating all equipment associated with the elevator process.
- Operator Grain dryers using a computer with PLC Software
- Unloading / Loading Grain from Vessels / Trucks
- Maintain Internal / External Grain dispatch report
- Shipping and Storing of Grain in allotted silos.
- To manage Silo Activities for smooth operations with respect to Quality, Yield Factors & Cost effectiveness
- Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.

- تنفيذ جميع العمليات والإجراءات اللازمة لتوثيق شحن التصدير، بناءً على خطاب الاعتماد و/أو شروط الائتمان الأخرى وضمان فحوصات الامتثال للمستندات (خطاب الاعتماد والشحن)
- تقديم كافة المستندات المطلوبة موثقة من الجهات المختصة/الوزارات/غرفة التجارة.
- الحفاظ على الاتصال المنتظم والعلاقة المباشرة مع البنك فيما يتعلق بجميع إجراءات التصدير والوثائق لضمان توفير جميع الوثائق اللازمة.
- التحقق من أي مطالبات تقدم بها العميل ضد الشركة والتفاوض على تسوية مقبولة حيثما أمكن.
- المسؤول عن جميع الوثائق المطلوبة للحصول على شهادات / تقارير اختبارات المعمل للعناصر المطلوبة وإصدار شهادة المنشأ وإقرار الجمارك / التأمين.
- التواصل الدائم مع شركة أو وكلائها اللوجستية أو شركة الشحن لجدولة تسليم مستندات التصدير في الوقت المناسب. تتبع حالة جميع مستندات الشحنات وإعداد تقرير عنها.
- الحفاظ على التواصل مع قسم الشحن فيما يتعلق بالأضرار التي تلحق بالبضائع، وفحص حمولات الإرجاع وما إلى ذلك.
- الحفاظ على عملية فعالة لتقديم جميع الوثائق ومراسلات البريد الإلكتروني ذات الصلة لضمان المستندات المتناقضة ورسوم التناقض.
5. مشغل آلة - صومعة (دقيق)
الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل كافة المعدات المرتبطة بعملية المصعد.
- مشغل مجففات الحبوب باستخدام جهاز كمبيوتر مع برنامج PLC
- تفريغ/تحميل الحبوب من السفن/الشاحنات
- الحفاظ على تقرير إرسال الحبوب الداخلي / الخارجي
- شحن وتخزين الحبوب في الصوامع المخصصة.
- لإدارة أنشطة الصوامع لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة فيما يتعلق بالجودة وعوامل العائد والفعالية من حيث التكلفة
- الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والسلامة دون انحراف.
- الحفاظ على ممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP) والنظافة في منطقة العمل
- أي مسؤولية عمل أخرى يتم تعيينها من قبل مدير الخط حسب الحاجة وفقًا لمتطلبات العمل (مع التدريب ذي الصلة)
