1. HVAC Commissioning Engineer
Tasks
- Commissioning and Start-up Execution
- Ensures that all activities within his area of responsibilities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements
- Acknowledge the involvement of its job role in the PTW system and verifies the safety measures described in the PTW for its job role involvement, including area preparation and restoration
- Identifies and control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment
- Executes the Tests/Inspections on HVAC system according to the Project documentation, together with his team of technicians and with Vendors
- Log the Test results into the approved Tests/Inspection forms and reports
- Maintenance Execution
- Ensure that the services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules
- Plan Preventive and Corrective Maintenance operations (routine and short-term)
- Coordinate all Cont ractor personnel for the smooth execution of the services
- Maintenance planning
- Anticipate, plan and request the logistical means necessary for sm ooth maintenance operations, taking into account the various constraints when planning and carrying out operations
- Take part of site coordination meetings
- Ensure the Preparation of Maintenance reports for submission to Company
- Ensure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of Maintenance operations
- Check and validate all technical reports in CMMS and ensure work history is comprehensively recorded in line with CMMS data quality requirements
- Carry out by appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, on difficulties encountered
- Ensure the Contractor Personnel complete and record all handovers (daily, weekly and rotation)
- Technical Support/Methods
- Ensure the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures employed by own crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements
- Ensure coordination between maintenance Operations and Preparation teams
- Keep an up-to-date list of works that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns
- Keep files of requests for studies of modifications and improvements
- Suggest corrective measures if Maintenance backlog could become unmanageable
- Maintain a permane nt anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, with close relationship with other sections, in order to prevent non-productive or non-efficient operations
2. Electronic Engineer
Job Description
- Minimum 5 years experience as Electronic Engineer (or similar) of which 2 year-experience for a Saipem rig. Alternatively,
- Minimum 5 years experience as Electronic Engineer (or similar) of which 4 year-experience for a non-Saipem rig. Alternatively,
- Minimum 5 year-experience during which the Candidate has covered the position as Electronic Engineer / electronic technician (or higher position).
- High School Diploma in Electrical – Electronic sciences or equivalent
3. Site Logistic Manager
Tasks
- Liaise with operation and asset to coordinate marine fleet inward/outward formalities and customs, arrange for vessels
- navigation and operational permit/authorization, according to local rules and regulations. Coordinate and arrange for
- Customs formalities from materials receipt up to final transportation offshore onto the vessel involved, and vice versa. Liaise
- with Tax/administration Department and supply chain management (Cost Control, Supply Chain, etc) in order to make sure
- that any issue related to inward Customs formalities will not affect outward Customs formalities and consequently will not
- jeopardize the overall Project execution, according to Customs and fiscal regulations in the Area/country of operation
- Arrange and provide for any type of supply that marine operating fleet could require
- Support vessel management/HR to coordinate in general personnel, crew changes and to fulfil immigration formalities
- Supervise solid/liquid waste disposal services related in particular to offshore installation vessels. Liaise in this respect with
- HSE function in order to obtain all related licenses, permits
- Supervise and keep update record of the services rendered by local subcontractors in accordance with related
- contract/agreement provisions also in view of further periodical invoicing. Issue/request Service Entry/Work Order to
- regularize these services and release payments
- Ensure that all materials received are in good conditions through visual inspection and, provided with the documentation
- needed for the safe handling and storage and in case of any damage or discrepancy, liaise with Shipping & Custom and
- Expediter in order to promptly activate remedial actions and/or notify insurance department
- Ensure that equipment available are fully certified for offshore utilization and suitable to ensure a proper
- consumables/material rotation/transportation in accordance with Project procedures and needs
- Ensure to maintain adequate inventory, care and custody of materials and support in defining and optimize storage
- requirements in accordance with materials specific characteristics, project requirement, industries standards, space and
- stacking requisites, considering any possible safety/environmental issue
- Coordinate with Vessel storekeeper, VMS and Project Engineers to deliver and distribute standard
- materials/consumables/equipment offshore in a safe and timely manner according to Project and Vessels requirements
- guaranteeing also an adequate rotation; manage supply vessel runs, strictly follow HSE guidelines to load/offload materials,
- manage preparation of shipping and customs documentation for each port call
- Ensure a proper material traceability upon delivery from/to Logistic base and also from/to the final vessel once loaded onto
- supply vessel and/or cargo barge. Keep consequently a detailed updated data base of the project materials together with all
- related documentation
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and/or (in case of Company Provided Items) Clients in order to define and optimize goods
- collection/transportation according to project requirements. Once goods are received, cleared and stacked into designated
- Logistic base storage area, coordinate goods loading operations on cargo barges/pipe carriers in a safe, timely manner
- according to Project schedule and requirements
4. Lead Planning Engineer
Mission
- Establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Manager decisionmaking process and allow him to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the
- contractual dates and requirements
- Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analysed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective
- actions taken is monitored

- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، حيث تولى المرشح منصب مهندس إلكتروني / فني إلكتروني (أو منصب أعلى).
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية في العلوم الكهربائية والإلكترونية أو ما يعادلها
3. مدير الخدمات اللوجستية للموقع
المهام
- التواصل مع العمليات والأصول لتنسيق إجراءات الأسطول البحري الداخلية والخارجية والجمارك، وترتيب السفن
- تصريح/ترخيص الملاحة والتشغيل، وفقًا للقواعد واللوائح المحلية. تنسيق وترتيب
- الإجراءات الجمركية من استلام المواد حتى نقلها النهائي إلى الخارج على متن السفينة المعنية، والعكس صحيح.
- مع قسم الضرائب/الإدارة وإدارة سلسلة التوريد (مراقبة التكاليف، وسلسلة التوريد، وما إلى ذلك) للتأكد من
- أن أي مسألة تتعلق بإجراءات الجمارك الواردة لن تؤثر على إجراءات الجمارك الصادرة وبالتالي لن تؤثر على إجراءات الجمارك الصادرة.
- تعريض التنفيذ الإجمالي للمشروع للخطر، وفقًا للوائح الجمركية والمالية في منطقة/بلد التشغيل
- ترتيب وتوفير أي نوع من الإمدادات التي قد يحتاجها أسطول التشغيل البحري
