1. Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities :
- Support UAS Maintenance Quality Assurance: Support the Technician Supervisor(s) by performing maintenance activities to high quality and keeping work areas clean. In order to ensure that performed work meets the ADASI defined quality standards and that work areas are safe.
- Support Flight Operation Activities: Support Field Operations and Test/Training Flight activities when needed.
- Support to Exhibitions and Deployments: Provide Support and contribute to exhibition and various deployment preparations
- UAS Maintenance : Carry out UAS maintenance work performed by maintenance teams, following the specifications as issued in the Work Orders, ensuring that task are carried out safely and efficiently
- Assurance of Standard Working Procedure: Ensure that all UAS Maintenance of all UAS maintenance - Repair and integration work is performed per the UAS Maintenance Manual
- Other Duties: Carry out other duties as assigned by ADASI Management.
2. Specialist - Accounting
Key Accountabilities:
- Record, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices, GRNs, and service entries in SAP.
- Support the preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as part of month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations for management review and client submission.
- Monitor cost allocations, advances, and payment schedules to ensure timely disbursement and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, customs, and other regulatory financial requirements related to shipments and services.
- Follow up on the issuance of Duty Exemption and Customs Clearance Certificates for international shipments to prevent additional storage or demurrage costs.
- Prepare and process contract-related certificates (e.g., Goods Receipt Vouchers, Receiving Certificates, Acceptance Certificates) and ensure timely acknowledgment by relevant parties.
- Ensure all terms and conditions of the contract are met in compliance with company accounting policies.
- Support daily accounting operations related to projects and service contracts, including processing invoices, tracking deliveries, and verifying financial documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on the delivery of spare parts and related services as per contract specifications and timelines.
- Track the progress of shipments and service schedules, ensuring timely delivery and proper cost allocation.
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, and end users to resolve delivery or billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain contract-related documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, service reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for accounting and contract-related financial inquiries.
- Utilize SAP and supply chain modules to manage financial transactions and documentation effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and contract records with proper backup and secure data storage.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing documentation and reconciliation details as requested.
3. Engineer II, Design & Modeling
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Engineer, Design and Modelling to define system and subsystem functional and interface requirements.
- Derive subsystem functional and interface requirements.
- Develop design concepts and prototypes to confirm requirements and user needs.
- Develop solution alternatives and conduct trade studies in order to make the most appropriate design decision.
- Research material and component costs and availability.
- Assess and document design risks.
- Assist the Senior Engineer, Design and Modelling in presenting designs at technical reviews.
- Create CAD models and detailed drawings of mechanical systems and hardware, specifications and parts lists.
- Estimate material, component and assembly costs.
- Lead first prototype design evaluation and integration.
- Develop design schedules and provide progress status metrics.
- Integrate, or support integration of designs into higher level assemblies.
- Balance cost, performance, quality, reliability, testability and manufacturability in the overall design.
- Make use of and apply best practise techniques, standards, principle, theories and concepts.
- Learn, understand and comply with applicable contractual obligations and established AL TAIF Quality and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Support other members of the Engineering Department in fulfilling their roles.
- Perform other duties as required by their line manager and the Director, Engineering.
4. Welder
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and cutting activities using electric, gas, and inert gas welding and cutting processes using various types of materials such as mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals as defined on the engineering specification.
- Work with light, heavy gauge and hardened metals, welding the various types of items assigned using Flat, Vertical, Horizontal and Overhead positions.
- Execute a variety of welds and cuts from simple to precision and recommend alternative methods when design characteristics cannot be met by the proposed fabrication/manufacturing processes.
- Perform the necessary welding work layout, plan the operation sequence, setup the parameter and operate specialised welding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams and schematics in order to accomplish sheet metal forms according to part specifications.
- Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
- Maintain equipment by completing user preventive maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all issued tools, uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is accounted for, maintained and secured.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Support other members of the Fabrication Workshop in fulfilling their roles.
- Perform other duties as required by their line manager and the Manager, Fabrication.
5. Senior Engineer - RF Embedded Software (Communication)
Key Accountabilities
- Implement layer 1/PHY radio front-end algorithms for running on FPGA or Microcontroller.
- Implement layer 2 algorithms for running on Microcontroller.
- Develop and maintain bare-metal firmware for microcontrollers based on Cortex-M architectures, such as STM32, NXP LPC, and Microchip PIC families.
- Develop and maintain firmware with RTOS like FreeRTOS, mbed, or ThreadX on microcontrollers.
- Implement Linux drivers and kernel modules for custom hardware components.
- Integrate various communication protocols like I2C, UART, SPI, and CAN in both Linux and microcontroller environments.
- Implement Linux client/Server against UDP, TCP or IP.
- Use of programming languages for MCU, such as C/C++ and assembly languages.
- Build of Linux images such as Yocto and FreeRTOS.
- Design and generation of BSP for the SoC in use.
- Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and follow established coding standards.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, foster a collaborative environment, and share knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in embedded technologies and best practices.
- Develop embedded software for RF systems, including signal processing, modulation, and demodulation techniques.
- Write device drivers and low level software for RF chips and modules.
- Implement algorithms for RF signal processing , including noise reduction, error correction, and data encoding/decoding.
- Conduct simulation of RF communication systems and algorithm performance using tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
- Analyze and improve the performance of the developed RF systems in terms of throughput , latency, power consumption, and signal quality.
6. Specialist - Finance
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare Company’s budgets & forecasts and manage related activities on a periodic basis
- Develop effective budget templates, formats and budget guidelines for application
- Review and verify the purchase requests and allocate the budget for proper control and utilization
- Prepare/Initiate all due payments via Cheque/Transfer and facilitate further review and signatures
- Validate the Asset creation form with the budgeted amount and create asset IDs
- Review project, capex & opex budgets and conduct variance analysis periodically to analyse the spending trends
- Comply with DOA (Delegation Of Authority) matrix applicable for the preparation of budget and forecast
- Prepare customer pricing, P&L and assumptions for various projects
- Contribute and support on various activities related to month-end and year-end closing for their timely completion
- Handle all type of banking facilities and maintain proper documentation and registers for LCs, APGs, PWBs etc.
- Ensure the safe custody of supplier Guarantees, etc and monitor its expiry against with service/goods receipt
- Maintain the confidentiality of documents and transaction wherever applicable
- Collaborate with internal and external parties wherever necessary on related matters
- Prepare and submit cash flow and other related management reports from time to time
- Deliver valid substantial reports and documents to support external and internal audits for their timely completion
- Keep abreast with applicable tax laws, financial laws, internal policies and other government regulations
- Provide technical support, training, advice and guidance to junior team members in achieving their set KPIs and deliverables

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ أنشطة اللحام والقطع باستخدام عمليات اللحام والقطع الكهربائية والغازية والغاز الخامل باستخدام أنواع مختلفة من المواد مثل الفولاذ الصلب والألمنيوم والفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والمعادن غير الحديدية الأخرى كما هو محدد في المواصفات الهندسية.
