• Strategic Leadership:
• Lead the strategic direction of the Primary (and potentially Secondary) School in line with the school’s vision and BEAM curriculum policies.
• Ensure that educational objectives and school goals are effectively implemented.
• Curriculum and Academic Oversight:
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching following the UK National Curriculum.
• Oversee academic programs, ensuring student outcomes meet expected standards.
• Staff Management and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to achieve professional growth and improve instructional quality.
• Implement initiatives to enhance teaching and learning.
• School Operations and Administration:
• Participate in school administration and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with child protection and safety policies (Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines).
• Quality Assurance and Accreditation:
• Lead school departments through accreditation processes and inspections.
• Monitor the implementation of whole-school initiatives to achieve positive student outcomes.
• Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Maintain strong communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Promote the school’s faith-based values and multicultural ethos.

• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Completion or near completion of a leadership qualification (e.g., NPQSL, NPHQ, or relevant Master’s degree).
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience following the UK National Curriculum.
• At least 2 years in school administration or leadership roles.
• Experience in high-achieving schools is preferred.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Proven track record of implementing successful whole-school initiatives.
• Experience leading a department or phase through accreditation or inspection.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
