Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Technical & Engineering
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, structural calculations, and façade details.
- Evaluate façade designs and ensure compatibility with structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces.
- Coordinate engineering solutions for façade systems including aluminum, glass, GRC/GRP, ACP, steel supports, and stone cladding.

- 2. Site Execution & Supervision
- Monitor and supervise façade installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure façade installations align with tolerances, waterproofing requirements, and sealing standards.

- Verify correct site measurements and manage as-built documentation.
- 3. Coordination

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Coordinate with the Technical and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
