1. Sales Executive - Holland & Barret

Responsibilities 

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them with confident product recommendations.
• Ensure a smooth checkout experience, including cash handling and daily store procedures.
• Support merchandising, stock rotation, and displays that help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment and report any safety or loss concerns.

2. Document Controller – Abu Dhabi Projects

Requirements:

• Experience in managing and controlling project documents for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in handling submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, WIRs, MIRs, and as-built documentation.
• Proficiency in Aconex, Procore, Asite, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Excellent coordination, accuracy, and version-control skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume documents in fast-track projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be residing in Abu Dhabi.

3. Food Server / Waiter / Waitress

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To ensure that all colleagues’ activities adhere to and support the ICDR Quality Standards
• Provide a link between kitchen and service areas
• Provide table and/or counter service to customers for all food & beverages.
• Deliver professional service based on the sequence of service training that has been provided within the outlet.
• Possess the ability to function and work behind the bar as well on the floor.
• Possess good knowledge of both food & beverage service as well as Beverage & Food production behind the bar.
• Remain updated with all knowledge of food and beverages on the menu, thereby providing advice to guests to place their order. 
• Receive and store food and beverage adhering to all food hygiene regulations and
• procedures.
• Consistently monitor quality of food and beverages being served and report any discrepancies to the supervisor or outlet manager.
• Consistently monitor service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to the Restaurant Manager.
• Actively promote the use of Up selling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue by adhering to training on upselling procedures and practices.
• Maintain records in a timely fashion in the outlet as and when required, to support the restaurant supervisors.

4. Document Controller

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Maintain and update document control systems, including electronic and physical filing systems.
• Ensure all documents are properly formatted, version-controlled, and meet company and project standards.
• Track document revisions, approvals, and submissions in accordance with project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissions, reviews, and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain logs and reports on document status, distribution, and outstanding actions.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Manage document archiving, retrieval, and security to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support project close-out documentation and handover requirements.

5. Commis Chef

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or considerable relevant previous experience and aptitude.
• 2-3 years’ experience as Commis / back of the house/kitchen staff preferably in QSR categories
• Full knowledge of kitchen/back of the house process
• Good Communication skills

• البقاء على اطلاع دائم بكل ما يتعلق بالأطعمة والمشروبات الموجودة في القائمة، وبالتالي تقديم النصائح للضيوف لتقديم طلباتهم. 
• استلام وتخزين الأطعمة والمشروبات مع الالتزام بجميع لوائح نظافة الأغذية
• إجراءات.
• مراقبة جودة الأطعمة والمشروبات المقدمة بشكل مستمر والإبلاغ عن أي تباينات إلى المشرف أو مدير المنفذ.
• مراقبة جودة الخدمة باستمرار، وتصعيد أي مشاكل/شكاوى كبيرة إلى مدير المطعم.
• الترويج بشكل نشط لاستخدام تقنيات البيع الإضافي داخل المنفذ لتجاوز توقعات العملاء وزيادة الإيرادات من خلال الالتزام بالتدريب على إجراءات وممارسات البيع الإضافي.
• الحفاظ على السجلات في الوقت المناسب في المنفذ حسب الحاجة، لدعم مشرفي المطعم. 
• الخبرة والمؤهلات والمهارات:
• - شهادة الثانوية العامة أو مؤهل مناسب.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات في دور مماثل.
• سجل ممتاز في الإشراف على الأرضيات.
• مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات
• التركيز على العملاء وعضو الفريق

4.  مراقب المستندات

المسئوليات الرئيسية:

• استلام وتسجيل وتوزيع جميع مستندات المشروع الواردة والصادرة.
• صيانة وتحديث أنظمة التحكم في المستندات، بما في ذلك أنظمة الملفات الإلكترونية والمادية.
• تأكد من تنسيق جميع المستندات بشكل صحيح، والتحكم في إصداراتها، وتلبية معايير الشركة والمشروع.
• تتبع مراجعات المستندات والموافقات والتسليمات وفقًا للجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
• التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والمستشارين والمقاولين لتقديم المستندات ومراجعتها والموافقة عليها.

الخبرة والمؤهلات والمهارات:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو خبرة سابقة ذات صلة وموهبة كبيرة.
• خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات كمشرف/موظف في قسم المطبخ/المطبخ، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في فئات مطاعم الخدمة السريعة
• المعرفة الكاملة بعملية المطبخ/الجزء الخلفي من المنزل
• مهارات التواصل الجيدة
• مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء ونقاط البيع والقدرة على التكيف مع بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
