Junior Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- To assist senior technicians and service advisors in day-to-day technical tasks and service operations, gaining hands-on experience.
- To analyze performance data and generate detailed reports for Team Leaders and Service Managers, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- To shadow an assigned trainer during the initial training phase, developing technical skills and familiarizing with company procedures.
- To participate in testing procedures, analyze results, and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for performance improvements.
- To coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of parts, systems, and resources required for ongoing projects.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in engineering or technical role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience or internship in the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
- Strong foundational knowledge of automotive systems and engineering principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

- 0-2 سنة من الخبرة في الدور الهندسي أو الفني، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك ضمن صناعة السيارات.
- تعتبر الخبرة أو التدريب في قطاعات السيارات أو الهندسة أو التصنيع ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة أساسية قوية بأنظمة السيارات ومبادئ الهندسة.
- إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
