1. Senior HSE Officer | كبير مسؤولي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures across projects.

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

• Monitor compliance with UAE regulations and international safety standards.

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Train staff and subcontractors on HSE practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or Engineering field.

• 5+ years of experience in HSE management in marine or construction projects.

• Knowledge of local and international safety standards.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المشاريع.

• إجراء تدقيقات وفحوصات السلامة وتقييم المخاطر.

• مراقبة الالتزام باللوائح الإماراتية ومعايير السلامة الدولية.

• التحقيق في الحوادث وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

• تدريب الموظفين والمقاولين الفرعيين على ممارسات HSE.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة أو البيئة أو الهندسة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مشاريع بحرية أو إنشائية.

• معرفة بمعايير السلامة المحلية والدولية.

• مهارات قيادة وتواصل قوية.

2. Environmental Design Manager | مدير التصميم البيئي

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental design and planning for marine and dredging projects.

• Ensure environmental compliance and sustainable practices in project execution.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate environmental solutions.

• Conduct environmental impact assessments and monitor mitigation plans.

• Advise management on environmental policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in environmental design and management for marine or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and international standards.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
