Job Summary

The Technical Solutions Specialist serves as a vital link between the sales team, engineering, and customers. The role involves providing advanced technical support, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring product compliance throughout the sales cycle. This position requires strong engineering expertise, collaboration skills, and an innovative approach to problem-solving within the energy and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert for sales teams and customers, providing guidance during the sales and solution development process.

• Develop and deliver customized technical and product solutions aligned with customer requirements.

• Prepare and review technical documentation, proposals, and bid evaluations.

• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and commercial departments to design cost-effective and compliant systems.

• Conduct technical meetings and site visits to evaluate client needs and system feasibility.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying the Danaher Business System methodology.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.

• Experience: 5–7 years in industries such as Energy Transition, Refinery, Oil & Gas, or Chemicals.

• Strong ability to interpret P&ID diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

• Skilled in cost estimation, including material requisitions and supplier bid evaluations.

• Familiar with Middle East industrial standards and specifications.

• Proficient in project design, technical bid preparation, and system optimization.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication, design standards, and materials.

• Experience in system engineering (valves, piping, skids, filtration units).

• Understanding of filtration technologies in energy and chemical applications.

• Competence in budget estimation and cost analysis for engineered systems.

ملخص الوظيفة:

يتولى أخصائي الحلول التقنية مسؤولية تقديم الدعم الفني المتقدم لفرق المبيعات والعملاء، من خلال تطوير الحلول التقنية المناسبة وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات خلال دورة المبيعات. يتطلب المنصب معرفة هندسية متقدمة وقدرة على التواصل الفعّال والتعاون بين الفرق الفنية والتجارية لتقديم حلول متكاملة في قطاعات الطاقة والصناعات التحويلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• العمل كخبير تقني أساسي لفرق المبيعات والعملاء، وتقديم المشورة الفنية أثناء تطوير الحلول.

• إعداد وتصميم حلول فنية ومنتجات مخصصة لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.

• إعداد ومراجعة الوثائق الفنية والعروض والعطاءات.

• التعاون مع أقسام الهندسة والمشتريات والتجارة لتصميم أنظمة فعالة من حيث التكلفة ومتوافقة مع المعايير.

• إجراء اجتماعات وزيارات ميدانية لتحديد متطلبات العملاء وضمان توافق الأنظمة المقترحة.

• دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر باستخدام نظام Danaher الإداري.

• الإشراف على المهندسين الجدد والمشاركة في تطوير المعرفة الفنية داخل الفريق.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكيميائية أو هندسة العمليات.

• خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجالات مثل الطاقة، المصافي، النفط والغاز، أو الصناعات الكيميائية.

• قدرة قوية على قراءة وفهم مخططات P&ID والمواصفات الفنية والرسومات الهندسية.

• خبرة في تحليل التكاليف وإعداد طلبات المواد (MR) وتقييم عروض الموردين.

• إلمام بمعايير ومواصفات الجهات المحلية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

• خبرة في تصميم العمليات وإعداد العطاءات الفنية وتحسين أداء الأنظمة.

يفضّل أن يمتلك المرشح أيضًا:

• معرفة بعمليات تصنيع الأوعية المضغوطة ومعايير التصميم والمواد.

• خبرة في الهندسة الميكانيكية للأنظمة (الصمامات، الأنابيب، وحدات الفلترة).

• فهم متقدم لتقنيات الترشيح في مجالات الطاقة والوقود والكيماويات.

• مهارات في تقدير التكاليف وإعداد الميزانيات للأنظمة الهندسية.
