Finance Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Inchcape Shipping Services

Responsible for accurate processing and accounting of petty cash claims received from operations and other departments.
Manage cash arrangements to masters for onward delivery to vessels at various ports.
Verify and process all petty cash claims related to operational and business travel expenses.
Perform regular reconciliation and allocation of open items in business advance and corporate credit card accounts.
Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPO) for launch maintenance and business travel within the set KPI timeframe (24-48 hrs).
Conduct reconciliation and COS submission for visas booked during the month.
Handle central cashier functions during staff leave periods.
Ensure compliance with local VAT regulations when processing vendor invoices, mainly for disallowed VAT.
Fully utilize all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Collaborate with the Line Manager to carry out other duties within the job scope.
Maintain accurate records to avoid mismatches in physical cash count.
Use accounting software like Peachtree and Tally efficiently.

Support Assistant (Cruise & Superyacht)

إصدار أوامر شراء محلية لصيانة القوارب والسفر التجاري ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد (24-48 ساعة).
إجراء تسويات وتقديم تقارير COS للتأشيرات حسب خطوط الإيرادات المحجوزة خلال الشهر.
التعامل مع مهام الصراف المركزي أثناء إجازات الموظفين.
ضمان الالتزام بلوائح ضريبة القيمة المضافة المحلية عند معالجة فواتير الموردين، خاصة ضريبة القيمة المضافة غير المسموح بها.
