Faculty - Business (Business Analytics)
Position Summary
The Faculty of Business – Business Analytics will contribute to advancing the curriculum of Business Analytics, ensuring delivery and relevance to industry and maintaining high international standards.
In addition to teaching, faculty members play a role in meeting the division’s research goals and objectives, using research activities to inform teaching and develop students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.
The candidate will actively participate in curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation. The curriculum is delivered within an applied, student-centric learning environment that fosters respect for students, their culture, and their traditions.
Faculty also play an important role in assisting the development and administration of system-wide and directorate-specific policies and are viewed as active participants in academic and extracurricular events at the College and within the community.

Laboratory Assistant - Health Sciences
Position Summary
The Health Sciences Laboratory Assistant supports faculty and students across one or more Health Sciences program areas by maintaining the College's laboratories and workshops. This includes installation, demonstration, and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities.
This is a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with faculty and students in laboratories and simulation labs.
The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for setting up labs in preparation for experiments, maintaining supplies, and managing documentation.

Requirements

Masters and/or PhD qualification in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Health Administration, Public Health, or a relevant discipline.

Undergraduate coursework in Health Information Management (HIM) / Medical Records Administration (MRA) is also required.

Minimum of 3 years of teaching/training experience in Health Information Management or Health Informatics at a tertiary level, with specific experience teaching ICD-10-CA or ICD-10-AM.

At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in Health Information Management.

Overseas teaching/training experience for non-native English speakers is desirable.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; fluency in written and spoken Arabic is desirable.
