Your Role

• Lead and grow the Enterprise Architecture offering within the Middle East Business Technology Team

• Advise senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) on IT strategies, enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps

• Shape internal capabilities by developing methodologies, frameworks, and go-to-market approaches in Enterprise Architecture

• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to business growth through thought leadership and client engagement

Client Advisory & Delivery

• Advise clients on Enterprise IT Strategy and IT Master Plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Define target enterprise architectures (cloud-native foundations, API ecosystems, data platforms, integration strategies)

• Establish and oversee architecture governance models and Design Authority principles for large-scale transformation programs

• Provide strategic recommendations on emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, IoT, Data Modernization) and their enterprise adoption

Practice Development & Leadership

• Lead the Enterprise Architecture offering within Capgemini Invent Middle East

• Develop thought leadership, frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies to strengthen advisory assets

• Lead and coach managers and consultants, growing the Enterprise Architecture offer

Business Development

• Shape proposals, build CxO relationships, and lead client pitches

• Support opportunity qualification and solutioning for large digital transformation deals

Your Skills and Experience

• 8+ years in consulting and/or senior advisory roles in IT Strategy or Enterprise Architecture

• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate…)

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and enterprise data architecture

• Experience advising C-level executives and managing strategic discussions with CIO/CTO/CDO stakeholders

• Proven track record in practice development, thought leadership, and business development

• Fluent in English (Arabic advantageous)

• Knowledge of the Middle East market is a strong asset
