Job Overview
Join a reputable automotive company in Qatar and play a vital role in ensuring smooth service operations and excellent customer satisfaction. This position focuses on managing job cards, coordinating service processes, and maintaining high-quality communication with both customers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate job card write-ups, including all customer and vehicle details.

Coordinate with the Foreman to define work requirements and prepare job documentation.

Obtain customer authorization and signatures before commencing any work.

Determine whether repairs fall under warranty or customer-paid services.

Seek prior approval for additional repairs when necessary.

Review service history to identify recurring issues.

Advise customers on service needs and vehicle condition.

Collaborate with the Customer Relations Representative to address complaints.

Support the Service Manager and Supervisor with additional administrative duties.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role within the automotive industry.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to process employment visas, documentation, and government-related forms for new recruits.

Prepare and submit all required Arabic documents for visas, labor cards, licenses, and permits to relevant UAE authorities.

Manage the processing and renewal of employee visas, labor cards, Mission Visas, and CICPA Security Passes across all subsidiaries.
