1. Patient Access Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:
We are seeking a Patient Access Executive to join our Front Office team. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless registration experience and exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Register patients accurately using Emirates ID and verify insurance details.

• Maintain precise and updated patient records.

• Handle appointment bookings, follow-ups, and assist with the hospital’s mobile app.

• Manage patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

• Communicate wait times, procedures, and next steps clearly.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Reem Hospital is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling services to patients across various age groups. The role involves working closely with medical teams to deliver holistic mental health care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans.

• Provide counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and physicians for integrated patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and confidentiality.

• Participate in awareness programs and training sessions on mental health topics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

يبحث المستشفى عن تنفيذي استقبال المرضى للانضمام إلى فريق الاستقبال الأمامي، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن الترحيب بالمرضى وضمان عملية تسجيل سلسة وتجربة مميزة منذ لحظة دخولهم وحتى مغادرتهم.

المسؤوليات:

• استقبال المرضى والزوار بطريقة لبقة ومهنية.

• تسجيل بيانات المرضى بدقة باستخدام بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية والتحقق من التأمين الصحي.

• متابعة المواعيد والتطبيقات الإلكترونية الخاصة بالمستشفى.

• التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى المرضى باحترافية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

يعلن مستشفى ريم عن حاجته إلى أخصائي نفسي إكلينيكي لتقديم التقييمات النفسية والعلاج النفسي والدعم الإرشادي للمرضى من مختلف الفئات العمرية، والعمل مع الفرق الطبية لتوفير رعاية متكاملة وشاملة للصحة النفسية.

المسؤوليات:

• إجراء التقييمات النفسية ووضع خطط العلاج المناسبة.

• تقديم جلسات العلاج النفسي الفردية والجماعية.

• التعاون مع الأطباء لتنسيق الرعاية الصحية المتكاملة.

• حفظ سجلات المرضى بدقة وسرية تامة.

• المساهمة في برامج التوعية بالصحة النفسية والتدريب الداخلي.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• ترخيص مهني ساري المفعول (يفضل من دائرة الصحة في أبو ظبي).

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
