As the Activities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both sport and non-sport After School Activities (ASA) and Extracurricular Activities (ECA). Your role is to expand our offerings, optimize resources, and drive revenue while ensuring exceptional student experiences.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage ASA with external stakeholders, including scouting and onboarding providers, drafting contracts with Legal and Finance, and executing sales strategies.
• Build long-term partnerships through client engagement, quality monitoring, and customer retention.
• Coordinate ECAs with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth scheduling and student participation.
• Strategically drive and achieve ASA revenue targets through growth and efficiency.
• Develop a strong operations strategy for ASA and ECA.
• Ensure safety and well-being of every child through strict protocols.
• Lead the development of a children’s club under the Fortes brand.
• Elevate ASA and ECA standards through continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in activity management, education, or program coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

مديرًا للأنشطة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على أنشطة ما بعد المدرسة (ASA) والأنشطة اللامنهجية (ECA) الرياضية وغير الرياضية. يتمثل دورك في توسيع نطاق عروضنا، وتحسين مواردنا، وزيادة الإيرادات مع ضمان تجارب طلابية استثنائية.

المسؤوليات

• إدارة ASA بشكل كامل مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين، بما في ذلك استكشاف مقدمي الخدمة وتوجيههم، وصياغة العقود مع القسم القانوني والمالي، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات.

• تطوير استراتيجية عمليات قوية لشركة ASA و ECA.
• ضمان سلامة ورفاهية كل طفل من خلال بروتوكولات صارمة.
• قيادة تطوير نادي الأطفال تحت العلامة التجارية فورتيس.
• الارتقاء بمعايير ASA وECA من خلال الابتكار المستمر.

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأنشطة أو التعليم أو تنسيق البرامج.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والتنظيم.
• القدرة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين وتقديم نتائج قابلة للقياس.
• الشغف بتنمية الطفل والابتكار في الأنشطة اللامنهجية والسلامة.
