Store Keeper

Store Keeper – Immediate Joiner with 3 Years UAE Experience

We are seeking an organized and experienced Store Keeper to manage all stock and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of sales and restock accordingly.
Manage and train store staff effectively.
Plan promotional campaigns for new products and special offers.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable.
Mediate and resolve any conflicts between staff and clients professionally.

Requirements:

Must be organized, punctual, and well-presented.
High school qualification or equivalent.
Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and responsibilities.
Create monthly and quarterly payment distributions.
Prepare monthly statistical performance reports.
Analyze and review various invoices.
Reconcile and analyze accrual accounts.
Prepare entries related to residual and credit losses.
Prepare the annual financial report.
Perform any additional tasks as requested by management.

Strictly 5 to 7 years of accounting experience in the UAE.

Review blueprints, plans, and client specifications to understand required quality standards.
Identify defective or damaged raw materials and promptly notify management.
Train and coordinate the activities of the quality control team members.

Prepare detailed quality control reports for auditors and company executives.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure all products meet standards and specifications.

Supervise joinery works and fit-out projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and quality.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and selection of factory equipment and tools.
Track production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvement solutions.
Ensure product manufacturing meets specifications and quality control standards.
Conduct safety inspections and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical support to production teams and resolve mechanical/electrical issues.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in supervising joinery and fit-out works.
Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and report generation.
