المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية محتوى مدفوعة بالنتائج ومتوافقة مع أهداف العمل

• إنشاء وإدارة الجداول التحريرية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، الموقع الإلكتروني، المدونة، والحملات البريدية

• إجراء بحوث الكلمات المفتاحية والسوقية لإعداد محتوى متوافق مع تحسين محركات البحث (SEO)

• التعاون مع المصممين ومحرري الفيديو ومستشاري العقارات لتطوير محتوى جذاب

• تحليل أداء المحتوى باستخدام أدوات مثل Google Analytics وتعديل الاستراتيجية عند الحاجة

• كتابة أو مراجعة محتوى عالي الجودة للقوائم، صفحات الهبوط، النشرات الإخبارية، منشورات التواصل الاجتماعي، والمزيد

• الحفاظ على صوت ورسالة العلامة التجارية بشكل متسق عبر جميع المنصات

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر في استراتيجيات المحتوى، الكتابة الإعلانية، أو التسويق الرقمي

• مجموعة أعمال قوية متعلقة بالعقارات أو نمط الحياة (مفضل)

• مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحرير والتدقيق باللغة الإنجليزية

• إتقان أدوات تحسين محركات البحث (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console، إلخ)

• معرفة بسوق العقارات في دبي تعتبر ميزة قوية

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a results-driven content strategy aligned with business goals

• Conduct keyword and market research to inform SEO-optimized content

• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and property consultants to develop engaging real estate content

• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategy accordingly

• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing experience

• Strong portfolio of real estate or lifestyle-related content (preferred)

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English

• Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.)

• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a strong plus
