Salary range: AED 3,500 - AED 4,500 per month.
Requires minimum 4 years of UAE experience in joinery fit-out supervision.
Must hold a Higher Diploma qualification.
Experience in interior decoration projects for at least 2 years is mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Sharjah before starting work.
Responsible for site supervision ensuring proper execution and material approval.
Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve technical issues.

Prepare BOQs for materials, fit-outs, and furniture according to client requirements.
Submit shop drawings to design consultants for approval.
