Project Coordinator

🔹 Job Objective

To support the Assistant Manager in driving Tasleem’s business growth strategy by coordinating project activities, business development initiatives, and commercial support. This includes assisting with the mobilization of new projects, supporting financial and contractual processes, and ensuring internal alignment across departments. The role also requires effective use of project tracking tools such as PPM and Task Planner to ensure timely delivery, task ownership, and transparent reporting across all projects and development activities.

• Assist with project mobilization tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal departments

Payroll Manager

🇬🇧 Job Objective: Payroll Manager

To lead and manage the payroll function across the organization by ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for full-time employees and outsourced staff. The role ensures full compliance with internal policies, relevant labor laws, and government regulations, while maintaining confidentiality, system accuracy, and audit readiness.

Payroll Processing

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for all full-time employees (FTEs), ensuring accuracy of pay elements, earnings, deductions, and statutory contributions

• Validate payroll inputs from HR Operations (new joiners, promotions, transfers, terminations) in line with company policies

• Ensure timely payroll approvals and salary disbursements by coordinating with Finance and IT departments

• Conduct payroll reconciliations against payroll registers, general ledger entries, and prior period variances

• Ensure compliance with Wage Protection System (WPS) and timely salary transfers via approved banking channels

The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation initiatives at Tabreed. This role involves overseeing the liaison between the product/solution delivery team and all end-user stakeholders to ensure the resolution and close-out of all business process issues. The consultant will leverage emerging and advanced technologies to design products and solutions that significantly impact business output, increase visibility, and support process efficiency. Utilizing data-driven methods, the consultant will lead efforts to enhance business processes, integrate advanced technological capabilities, and provide innovative solutions to improve overall business performance.

• Develop & maintain the digital transformation strategy and support the digital transformation design and implementation across company and its entities

• Support the development and implementation of digital transformation solutions for internal and external clients across company and its entities

• Oversee the liaison between the product/solution delivery team and all end user stakeholders to ensure resolution and close-out of all business process issues

• Drive the automated business process management framework and improvement efforts cross-functionally across the enterprise, to increase growth potential and improve all business processes
