مراجعة وإعداد العقود

• مراجعة، صياغة، تأهيل، والتفاوض على أنواع مختلفة من الوثائق التعاقدية مثل اتفاقيات الإطار، عقود المبيعات، الشروط والأحكام العامة، اتفاقيات الشراء، اتفاقيات السرية وعدم الإفشاء، ورسائل النوايا.

إدارة المخاطر

• تحديد المخاطر والانحرافات عن مبادئ التعاقد في شركة Sungrow، والحصول على موافقة الإدارة العليا عند الضرورة.

التأهيل التعاقدي

• إعداد والتفاوض على التأهيلات التعاقدية مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.

ملخصات العقود والمخاطر

• إعداد ملخصات للعقود والمخاطر لضمان وعي جميع العاملين بالمشروع بالالتزامات التعاقدية والمخاطر والأهداف.

تسوية النزاعات

• التفاوض لحل النزاعات التعاقدية والمالية في المشاريع الجارية، مع التشاور وتقديم المشورة لمديري الشؤون التجارية.

Support Contracts Function

• Support the Contracts function in PV and ESS business units in the Middle East and other regions as required.

Contract Review and Drafting

• Review, draft, qualify, and negotiate various types of contractual documentation including framework agreements, sales contracts, General Terms & Conditions, purchasing agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and letters of intent.

Risk Management

• Identify risks and deviations from Sungrow’s contracting principles and obtain senior management approval where necessary.

Contract Qualification

• Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with new and existing clients.

Contract and Risk Summaries

• Prepare contract and risk summaries to ensure all relevant project personnel are aware of contractual obligations, risks, and objectives.

Dispute Resolution

• Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on live projects, consulting with and advising Commercial managers.

Policy Compliance

• Maintain and adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures contained within Sungrow’s business management system.

• Provide technical expertise to the sales team to ensure service offerings meet customer and industry standards

• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical proposals for accuracy and compliance

✅ Compliance Verification

• Ensure all service proposals and quotations comply with regulations, standards, and contractual obligations

• Collaborate with sales, service, and project management teams to incorporate necessary terms and conditions

📄 Quotation and Offer Preparation

• Support the preparation of quotations and offers for Warranty, Warranty Extension, Availability Guarantee, Performance Warranty, and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA)
