• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure all products, materials, and construction works meet required standards and specifications.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality procedures and monitor inspection processes effectively.

• Lead corrective and preventive action plans to resolve quality issues promptly.

• Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP) covering all material types, inspection surveys, and procedural steps.

• Plan and oversee laboratory testing, interpret results, and verify compliance with specifications.

• Participate in investigations of out-of-specification materials and recommend corrective measures.

• Perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, environmental samples, and finished goods.

• Review Methods of Statement prepared by the Shop Drawing team and communicate quality plans to subcontractors.

• Present Material Submittal documents to project consultants to demonstrate material quality and compliance.

• Respond to all inspection requests from internal and external stakeholders, conducting on-site inspections with consultants.

• Assess and calibrate project equipment and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.

• Compile and submit monthly quality control reports to management detailing NCRs, MIRs, and inspection request statuses.

• Administer document inspections and audit construction progress for continuous quality improvement.

• ضمان الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات الجودة ومراقبة عمليات الفحص بشكل فعال.

• قيادة خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية لحل مشكلات الجودة بسرعة.

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطة اختبار الفحص (ITP) التي تشمل جميع أنواع المواد، ومسح الفحص، وخطوات الإجراءات.
