• Strong expertise in:
• Cisco MPLS & Segment Routing
• QoS, Multicast, LDP, RSVP-TE, and BGP
• Migration and upgrade projects (iOS-XR, iOS-XE, NX-OS)
• Troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SPAN, SNMP, NetFlow)
• Hands-on experience with firmware upgrades, migrations, and NMS/EMS integration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in live network environments.
• CCNP – Service Provider certification is mandatory (CCIE-SP preferred).
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

1.  سائق وفني

المؤهلات/الخبرة

• المعرفة التقنية الأساسية والخبرة العملية في مجال الكابلات الكهربائية وتركيبات القنوات وتركيب أجهزة الاستشعار.
• لائق بدنيًا للتعامل مع مهام التثبيت في الموقع والعمل في الهواء الطلق.
• القدرة على استخدام الهواتف الذكية وجداول البيانات Excel وأدوات إعداد التقارير للتوثيق والتواصل.
• اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل في البيئات الخارجية / في الموقع.

2.  مدير مشروع - الاتصالات

المتطلبات الرئيسية:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع في البنية التحتية للاتصالات.
• خبرة قوية في أعمال SDH وPDH وشواحن البطاريات وأنظمة الاتصالات وكابلات الألياف البصرية.
• القدرة المؤكدة على إدارة وتحفيز فرق كبيرة عبر مواقع متعددة.
• يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول والرغبة في السفر بين المواقع.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والتنظيم.
• القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة تحت الضغط والتعامل مع جداول زمنية متعددة للمشاريع في وقت واحد.
• خبرة في التدفق النقدي ومراقبة التكاليف، مع التركيز على الربحية.
• إن معرفة قوانين المشاريع والعمل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أمر ضروري.
• تعتبر الكفاءة في استخدام MS Project وAutoCAD وأدوات إدارة المشاريع الأخرى ميزة إضافية.

3.  مهندس شبكات أول

المتطلبات الرئيسية

• درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الإلكترونيات أو الاتصالات أو هندسة الكمبيوتر.
• خبرة تتراوح من 5 إلى 7 سنوات على الأقل في شبكات IP الخاصة بمقدمي الخدمة / المرافق.
• خبرة قوية في:
• توجيه القطاعات وMPLS من Cisco
• جودة الخدمة، البث المتعدد، LDP، RSVP-TE، وBGP
• مشاريع الهجرة والترقية (iOS-XR، iOS-XE، NX-OS)
• أدوات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها (Wireshark، SPAN، SNMP، NetFlow)
• خبرة عملية في ترقيات البرامج الثابتة والهجرات والتكامل بين NMS/EMS.
• مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئات الشبكة الحية.
• شهادة CCNP – Service Provider إلزامية (يفضل الحصول على CCIE-SP).
• مهارات ممتازة في التوثيق والتحليل والتواصل.
