Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Planning Engineer to join our team and ensure efficient planning, monitoring, and execution of construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and create efficient plans.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
Create and update progress reports, highlighting critical activities, potential delays, and mitigation actions.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and external parties for timely delivery of materials and resources.

المؤهلات

درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع دبي.
إجادة استخدام برامج Primavera وMicrosoft Office.
مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية واتصال قوية.
القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والعمل بتعاون في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

About the Job

Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on role as Lead Projects Coordinator / Architect, coordinating a team of Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP Engineers.
Develop concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed designs for projects such as residential, commercial, and shopping centers while ensuring quality control systems for excellent pre-contract design drawings.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all Structural/MEP/HVAC/FF systems and their impact on architectural design, ensuring necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
Appoint and liaise with sub-consultants.
Monitor project schedules, man-hour costing, and budgets to ensure profitable completion.
Ensure timely delivery of professionally executed design drawings within established budgets.
Submit quarterly reports outlining design team performance regarding technical output, time allocation, and financial targets.
Systematically manage projects while working effectively within teams.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Meet with clients, understand their requirements, and incorporate them into the design, maintaining email communication as needed.
Manage, mentor, and lead technical and design staff, providing direction and supporting site management teams as required.
Provide constructive leadership to junior staff and collaborate effectively with other offices and divisions.
Additional leadership responsibilities may be assigned based on organizational needs and individual performance.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other basic MS Office software for communication, planning, scheduling, and presentations.
Proactive learning of BIM software.
Understanding of Green regulations for all project types and coordination with external consultants for approvals.
Comprehensive knowledge of all project phases.
Detailed knowledge of all MEP services and structural elements during design development.
Obtain approvals and NOCs from all government departments.
Ensure quality completion of all design stages.
Direct experience with Dubai Municipality, RTA, JAFZA, TECOM, TRAKHEES, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other required legislation.
Supervise site design when necessary to provide clarifications and suggestions.

إدارة وتوجيه وتطوير الموظفين الفنيين وفريق التصميم، وتقديم الدعم لفرق إدارة الموقع حسب الحاجة.
تقديم قيادة بنّاءة للموظفين الجدد والتعاون الفعّال مع المكاتب والأقسام الأخرى.
قد يتم تكليف مسؤوليات قيادية إضافية بناءً على احتياجات المؤسسة وأداء الفرد.

المتطلبات الفنية:
