📘 التعليم واللغة:

• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس.

⚙️ المهارات الفنية:

• خبرة عملية في قيادة الطائرات بدون طيار يدويًا، مع القدرة على تولّي التحكم أثناء الاختبارات.

• يجب أن يحمل المتقدم رخصة طيار عن بُعد من CAAC/AOPA (الصين) أو شهادة DCAA (دبي).

📘 Education & Language:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Adaptability to overseas work is essential.

⚙️ Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in manual drone piloting (must be able to take over controls during tests).

• Must hold a CAAC/AOPA Remote Pilot License (China) or DCAA certification (Dubai).

• Proficiency in ground equipment operation, testing, and maintenance.

The Role

Government Relations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and stakeholders at local, regional, and national levels, such as GACA, MCIT, TGA, etc. Monitor and analyze policy and regulatory developments affecting UAV operations in Saudi Arabia.

Policy Advocacy

Develop and execute strategies to promote policy advancements supporting drone delivery services in Saudi Arabia. Actively participate in industry associations and forums to influence UAV-related regulations.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure the company’s operations comply with all relevant government regulations. Guide regulatory changes and assess their impact on business.

Communication

Serve as the primary contact point between the company and government officials. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and policy briefs to senior management and government entities.

Partnership Development

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with government bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to advance the company’s interests. Develop public affairs initiatives to educate stakeholders about the benefits and potential of drone delivery systems.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or aviation-related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related fields, preferably in aviation, logistics, or technology sectors, with a strong track record in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks, particularly in aviation or UAV operations. Familiarity with key industry policy issues.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal). Strategic thinker with ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with government officials.

Language:

Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتعزيز التقدم في السياسات الداعمة لخدمات توصيل الطائرات بدون طيار في السعودية. المشاركة الفعالة في جمعيات ومنتديات الصناعة للتأثير على تنظيمات الطائرات بدون طيار.

الامتثال التنظيمي

ضمان امتثال عمليات الشركة لجميع اللوائح الحكومية ذات الصلة. توجيه التغييرات التنظيمية وتقييم تأثيرها على الأعمال.

التواصل

تمثيل الشركة كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين الشركة والمسؤولين الحكوميين. إعداد وتقديم التقارير والعروض التقديمية والموجزات السياسية للإدارة العليا والجهات الحكومية.

تطوير الشراكات

تحديد وتطوير الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع الجهات الحكومية وجمعيات الصناعة والأطراف المعنية الأخرى لتعزيز مصالح الشركة. تطوير مبادرات الشؤون العامة لتوعية الأطراف المعنية بفوائد وإمكانات نظم توصيل الطائرات بدون طيار.

المتطلبات

التعليم:

درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو العلوم السياسية أو السياسات العامة أو مجال ذي صلة بالطيران. يُفضل درجة الماجستير أو ما يعادلها.

الخبرة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الشؤون الحكومية أو السياسات العامة أو المجالات ذات الصلة، ويفضل في قطاعات الطيران أو اللوجستيات أو التكنولوجيا، مع سجل قوي في السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.

المعرفة:

فهم قوي للأطر التنظيمية السعودية، خصوصًا في مجال الطيران أو عمليات الطائرات بدون طيار. معرفة بالقضايا السياسية الرئيسية التي تؤثر على الصناعة.

المهارات:

مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابةً وتحدثًا). قدرة على التفكير الاستراتيجي والتنقل في بيئات تنظيمية معقدة. مهارات إدارة مشاريع مثبتة وقدرة على التعامل مع أولويات متعددة. القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عالية المستوى مع المسؤولين الحكوميين.
