Zawyeh Gallery in Dubai is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable person for the role of Gallery Assistant Intern. The ideal candidate must be organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, and interested in pursuing a career in the arts.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, setup, and teardown of exhibitions and events.

Provide support during exhibition openings, including greeting guests and providing information about the artwork.

Maintain and organize gallery records, including inventory, artist files, and client databases.

Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Assist with sales and provide information on pricing and availability of artwork.

Help document exhibitions, including photographing installations and creating records for the gallery’s archives.

Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications
