Job Description:
Airport Services Agents are responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service at all airport touchpoints and ensuring a smooth and safe travel experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all airport touch points.

• Liaise constantly with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Cargo, and Lounge.

• Supervise service partners’ activities for smooth passenger acceptance.

• Direct arriving/departing passengers to areas such as Arrival Hall, Transfer Area, Departure Gate, and Lounge.

• Verify entry requirements (visas, residence permits).

• Coordinate with Cargo, Fueling, Baggage Make-up Area, aircraft loading team, and catering suppliers.

• Handle company mail.

• Perform pre- and post-flight administrative duties.

• Handle baggage claims.

• Ensure compliance with Qatar Airways Safety and Security requirements.

• Maintain on-time performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a similar customer-facing role in the airport environment.

• Knowledge of airport functions including passenger and baggage handling, Weight and Balance, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.

• التعامل مع البريد الخاص بالشركة.

المتطلبات:
