💼 Role Overview
Coordinate and provide pricing quotations while supporting the development of pricing analysis and recommendations for country pricing. Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of pricing programs.
Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring timely response and accurate booking arrangements.
💰 Pricing Proposals
Provide and maintain pricing proposals for internal and external customers of FedEx Logistics in Dubai, UAE. Ensure all customer agreements adhere to pricing policies and processes. Evaluate and recommend exceptions to pricing policies to minimize company risk and ensure compliance.
📊 Pricing Database Management
Develop and maintain the pricing database for all products. Regularly update freight charges, surcharges, and operational costs from airlines and ocean carriers.
⚙️ Pricing Processes
Recommend and implement pricing processes, ensuring all align with Corporate Pricing Policy.
📈 Reporting
Develop and deliver management reports to monitor revenue performance and highlight trends or gaps.
