Euro Mechanical is seeking an experienced Pre-Qualification Manager to lead and manage all aspects of client registration and qualification across various business sectors. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and compliant submissions that secure and maintain approved status with key clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Registration & Pre-Qualification: Oversee the full lifecycle of client registration and qualification, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions.

• Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a performance-driven culture.

• Coordinate Across Business Units: Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Business Development teams to align pre-qualification efforts with business objectives.

• Maintain Submission Readiness: Manage a centralised content library with up-to-date legal, commercial, and compliance documents ready for submission.

• Client & Partner Interface: Handle client communications, audit support, and partner documentation reviews to meet registration and qualification standards.

• Monitor Performance & Benchmarking: Track KPIs, analyse results, and benchmark against competitors to drive continuous improvement in pre-qualification practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in registration and pre-qualification, including team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of UAE client registration and qualification processes (e.g., ADNOC, EPC clients).

• Proven leadership and cross-department coordination skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

About the Job
Euro Mechanical is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimise warehouse operations, with a key focus on inventory accuracy, workflow optimisation, and safety compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimising the WMS system and ensuring effective coordination between warehouse, logistics, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Monitor and improve KPIs: FIFO, OTIF, inventory accuracy, cost control.

• Coordinate with quality and logistics to streamline material flow.

• Lead risk mitigation efforts (HSE, loss, damage, theft, sabotage).

• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Warehouse Manager in industrial operations, preferably in Oil & Gas within the UAE.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector in the UAE.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 IMS & WMS.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Six Sigma (CPIM, CSCP, CSCM) is a plus.
