ENEC Operations is the dedicated subsidiary of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Company (ENEC), established in 2016 in partnership with Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) to operate and maintain the four units of the Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant in Abu Dhabi.
🔹 Scope of Work
We are seeking a specialized analytical risk expert to enhance our risk analysis and reporting frameworks. This role responds to increasing demand from expanding Enterprise activities and evolving external risk factors.
Key responsibilities include:

Acting as a subject matter expert in horizon scanning and advanced risk analysis

Developing and implementing mature risk governance frameworks (documentation and execution)

Achieving risk maturity analysis

Driving digitization of risk reporting and analysis

Supporting Internal Audit outcomes and INPO Resiliency objectives
🔹 Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in risk analysis and reporting

Experience in the energy sector or related fields

Expertise in operational, strategic, investment/financial, and project risk management

Operations Training Instructor

🎯 Role Overview
Deliver technical instruction and evaluations for operations personnel and key management staff at BNPP. This includes Initial, Requalification, and Management Certification training and administering FANR exams. Ensure compliance with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process and best practices.

📝 Training Development and Administration Responsibilities

Deliver training and evaluation materials effectively, meeting WANO and FANR standards to ensure operators receive required classroom instruction.

Analyze, design, develop, deliver, and assist in implementing and evaluating various operator training programs (Certified and Non-Certified) to ensure mastery of objectives and adherence to the SAT process.

Administer written exams, simulator evaluations, and job performance tests with integrity to prevent exam compromises.

Provide training to ENEC Operations personnel on operational procedures, eSOMS system, and nuclear technologies to establish a strong knowledge base among BNPP management.

UAE National – Monitor and control power plant systems and components. Assist in overseeing Local Operator activities under the guidance of main control room operators. Follow approved procedures and regulatory requirements including nuclear safety, industrial safety, and environmental protection to achieve business performance goals.

Follow operator guidelines during normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions ensuring safety and operational excellence
