Sr. Welding Inspector (6 months contract)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

• Perform comprehensive inspections of pipeline welding activities to ensure compliance with DNV-ST-F101 standards and project specifications.

• Oversee welding procedure qualification testing and welder qualification tests.

• Review and validate NDT reports, including radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant tests, as well as material testing results.

• Interpret radiographs accurately and provide detailed assessment reports.

• Monitor welding processes to ensure adherence to approved procedures, industry codes, and safety regulations.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare final quality documentation packages.

• Work effectively in both onshore and offshore environments.

• Demonstrate strong communication and reporting skills.

• Certified in CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector or equivalent (preferred).

• Proficient in NDT report review and interpretation of radiographic images.

Sr. Corrosion Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: Apave International

• Prepare corrosion management programs and corrosion control documents as per client requirements.

• Review material selection for process piping, equipment, and pipelines.

• Develop Material Selection Diagrams, tables, corrosion loop drawings and descriptions, coating plans, and integrity operating windows.

• Perform Probability of Failure (PoF) and Corrosion Risk Assessment Studies (CRAS) as required.

• Conduct corrosion assessments (screening and detailed) for Risk Based Inspection studies.

• Perform failure analysis and respond to customer complaints.

• Specify corrosion control and mitigation methods according to client needs.

• Prepare proposals including estimation of cost, time, and resources.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions.

• Possess degree in corrosion or materials engineering.

• Have 10-15 years of experience in corrosion and materials engineering within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.

• Hold API 571 certification and knowledge of relevant standards (NACE MR 0175 / MR 0103, ISO, API, ARAMCO).

• NACE certification and API 580 are advantages.

• Demonstrate strong client interaction and professional handling skills.

• مراجعة وتدقيق تقارير الفحص غير المدمر (NDT) بما في ذلك الأشعة، والموجات فوق الصوتية، وجسيمات مغناطيسية، واختبارات الصبغ.

• تفسير الأشعة بدقة وتقديم تقارير تقييم مفصلة.

• إعداد برامج إدارة التآكل ووثائق التحكم بالتآكل حسب متطلبات العميل.

• مراجعة اختيار المواد لأنابيب العمليات والمعدات وخطوط الأنابيب.

• إعداد مخططات اختيار المواد، جداول المواد، رسومات حلقات التآكل والوصف، خطط الطلاء، ونوافذ التشغيل السليمة.

• إجراء دراسات احتمال الفشل (PoF) وتقييم مخاطر التآكل (CRAS) حسب متطلبات العميل.

• تنفيذ تقييمات التآكل (تقييم تمهيدي وتفصيلي) لدراسات التفتيش المعتمدة على المخاطر.

• إجراء تحليل الفشل والرد على شكاوى العملاء.

• تحديد طرق التحكم في التآكل وتخفيفه وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل.

• إعداد عروض الأسعار مع تقدير مناسب للتكلفة والوقت والموارد.

• القدرة على عقد ورش العمل والتدريب.

• حاصل على شهادة في هندسة التآكل أو المواد.

• خبرة 10-15 سنة في مجال هندسة التآكل والمواد في صناعة النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات.

• حامل شهادة API 571 ومعرفة بالمعايير ذات الصلة مثل NACE MR 0175 / MR 0103، ISO، API، أرامكو.

• شهادة NACE وAPI 580 تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء باحترافية.
